Terms of service
Last updated: April 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of Miruv’s website, products, and services. By creating an account, buying a ticket, or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
The service
Miruv provides tools to discover, purchase access to, and watch live and recorded-style VTuber and creator events. Features may change during beta or MVP phases. We may modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when feasible.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or abuse the service or other users.
Tickets and access
When you complete a purchase, you receive a limited, revocable license to access the event or content described in the listing. Resale, sharing of access, or circumvention of technical protection is not allowed unless we explicitly permit it. Event times, lineup, and technical quality may change; we are not liable for minor changes that do not materially affect the nature of the event.
Payments and taxes
Payments are processed by our payment partners. You authorize charges in the amount shown at checkout. Prices may exclude taxes, duties, and fees that your jurisdiction imposes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the refund policy shown at purchase or in separate terms from the organizer, when applicable.
Content and live chat
Streams, chat, and other user content must comply with law and our community expectations. You may not harass others, post unlawful or hateful content, share malware, or infringe intellectual property. We may remove content or limit features to protect users and the service.
Intellectual property
Miruv, its branding, and the software that powers the product are protected by intellectual property laws. Creators and rightsholders retain rights in their performances and materials; you may not copy or redistribute them beyond what the service and the law allow.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miruv and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars (USD) if you have not paid us, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws chosen by the entity operating Miruv, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where consumer protections in your country cannot be waived. Dispute resolution and venue terms may be updated if we add an arbitration or court-election clause; check this page for the current version.
